大学物理开放实验建设的研究与实践

根据教育部提倡推广的开放实验教学模式,开发并建立了具有排课选课功能、多媒体教学功能、考勤打分功能、信息发布功能和资产管理功能的开放实验管理系统。开放实验教学调动了学生的学习自主性,培养了学生的创新精神和创新能力,提高了物理实验教学质量,并实现从学校到学院到实验室的垂直管理,具有权限的使用者不分距离远近、不分时间段随时对一线正在使用的设备进行跟踪管理。     

Alloying effects of the elements with a positive heat of mixing on the glass forming ability of Al-La-Ni amorphous alloys

The effects of Sn and Ga additions on the glass forming ability(GFA)of(Al86La5Ni9)100 xSnx(x=0,0.2,0.3,0.5,0.7,1 and 2at.%)and(Al86La5Ni9)100 xGax(x=0,0.2,0.5,1 and 1.5 at.%)alloys were systematically investigated.Unlike common microalloying methods,both Sn and Ga have a positive heat of mixing with the main component of Al.Our analysis confirmed that proper Sn addition can suppress the strong formation ofα-Al and enhance the GFA due to the positive heat of mixing between Sn and Al and the large difference in their atomic sizes.While the addition of Ga to the base alloy acted as the nucleation cites forα-Al and accelerated precipitation of theα-Al phase,thus deteriorating the GFA.     

Antioxidant behaviour of 2′‐hydroxy‐chalcones: a study of their electrochemical properties

The electrochemical behaviour of 13 chalcone analogues was systematically studied by means of cyclic voltammetry and chronoamperometry at a glassy carbon (GC), gold and platinum working electrodes using two different supporting electrolyte/solvent combinations. It was found that chalcone analogues can be easily oxidized at both GC and gold working electrodes, but not at a platinum electrode. Principal component analysis was further employed to reveal similarities/dissimilarities between oxidation potentials, chronoamperometric signals and ability of the compounds to scavenge the reactive oxygen species H₂O₂. The study reveals the inverse proportional relationship between the scavenging ability of H₂O₂, expressed as IC₅₀, and chronoamperometric signal at 800 mV using gold as working electrode. Raman Spectra and Solvent-Solute Interaction of Mercury(II)-Thiocyanate Complexes in Some Aprotic Donor Solvents

Raman spectra of the species Hg(SCN)₂, [Hg(SCN)₃], and [Hg(SCN)₄]^2- in solution of ten aprotic donor solvents have been investigated in the region of the Hg-S vibration. Observed frequency values of measured band of Hg(SCN)₂ and [Hg(SCN)₃] in different solutions correlate well with donor strength of the solvents. There is a linearity between Hg-S frequency decreasing and increasing of the interaction of the solvent molecules with the mercury (II) ion in the thiocyanate complexes. No significant frequency changes have be found for [Hg(SCN)₄]^2-. Evidence based on the frequency shifts and depolarization ratios in various solvents supports the view that the Hg(SCN)₂ in solution undergos departure from linearity as a result of increasing solvent coordination to the mercury (II) ion. Almost constant frequencies of Hg-S vibration of [Hg(SCN)₄]^2- in all investigated solvents suggest a regular tetrahedral structure of the ion in solution having much larger radius than corresponding HgX₄ (X=Cl,Br,I) ions.     

基于识别能力的人脸特征向量均衡

在人脸识别中,通常是把人脸图像投影在特征向量组成的空间中,特征向量决定了人脸识别的效果。同一人的人脸图像在好的特征向量上的投影应具有较集中的分布,反之亦然。从微观意义上提出了每个向量的识别能力的概念,通过计算识别能力的大小,选择具有较大的识别能力的特征向量。为了使每个向量在识别中发挥与其识别能力相对应的作用,根据每个向量的识别能力对它们进行均衡化处理,赋予不同权重,提高了识别率。通过在ORL、Yale人脸数据库上进行试验,验证了该方法的有效性。     

理科大学物理实验课课程体系的研究与实验

通过对80年代以来物理实验课改革的研究与实践，提出了理科大学物理实验课课程体系的建设意见。     

岩心表面润湿性与化学选堵剂对油水的封堵能力

选择阳离子聚丙烯酰胺类选堵剂,进行岩心模拟实验,研究不同岩心表面润湿性与化学选堵剂封堵能力之间的关系.表面润湿性强烈影响对水的堵塞率,水润湿性越强,对水的堵塞率越高,典型的亲水表面和亲油表面对水的堵塞率相差20%左右;使用水基凝胶,水驱后的残余阻力系数(RRF)大于油驱后的RRF,水基凝胶使水相渗透率的降低比油相渗透率的降低多.对于润湿性相同,渗透率不同的天然岩心,选堵剂的堵水率大于85%,堵油率在20%左右,表现出良好的选择性.
